About the Course

The Specialist Diploma in Radiology Nursing aims to equip the students with specialised knowledge and skills required to provide holistic care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional radiographic procedures.

  • Target Participants

    Registered nurses who meet all the admission requirements.

  • Certification

    Participants will receive a Post-Diploma Certificate upon successful completion of each semester and will be conferred the Specialist Diploma in Radiology Nursing upon obtaining the two Post-Diploma Certificates.

  • Admission Requirements

    1) Diploma in Nursing from a local Polytechnic or an equivalent qualification; 2) Singapore Nursing Board registration; 3) 1 year's post-registration experience with 6 months in the discipline of study. Details of the course will be announced as and when the course is offered. Typically one intake per year in April. Each course will be conducted based on sufficient number of applicants. Applicants are to submit their application online with their supporting documents.

  • Course schedule (conducting days & time)

    The Specialist Diploma in Radiology Nursing is a 44-week (290 hrs) part time course. Classes are conducted on Monday and Wednesday between 1800 to 2100 hrs. Course Date: 4 Apr 2022 till 5 Feb 2023. Refer to attached Course Training Schedule for details of the PDC Title, PDC Hours, PDC Start & End Date.

    (1) Fees quoted in the Course Fees Table are inclusive of GST. They are based on prevailing funding policies and subject to review by SSG on a year-by-year basis. Terms & conditions apply. (2) Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) will only be eligible for subsidy for first part-time diploma and first post diploma (ie. first Advanced Diploma, first Specialist Diploma and 1st Diploma (Conversion) respectively). This is subject to SPR not having previously attained a qualification at the diploma or higher level that was subsidized through a MOE subsidy or Government sponsorship.
