The course will harness the use of online software and e-templates to create story maps for interactive media and effective business message design. Story Mapping is often used as part of a company’s Digital Marketing strategy and Branding Management to communicate its product/service value to consumers through its website, social media and e-commerce platforms. It is also an integral tool used in the Design Thinking (DT) process and articulation of final business strategy.
