About the Course

The course will harness the use of online software and e-templates to create story maps for interactive media and effective business message design. Story Mapping is often used as part of a company’s Digital Marketing strategy and Branding Management to communicate its product/service value to consumers through its website, social media and e-commerce platforms. It is also an integral tool used in the Design Thinking (DT) process and articulation of final business strategy.  Trainer Profile: Chris Pang, Senior Lecturer Chris has over 15 years of experience working with technology companies like HP, Cisco as a senior consultant and certified trainer on sales enablement and skills coaching. Passionate about using technology in business and education to create innovations. He holds Masters in Mass Communication; as well as Technopreneurship and Innovation.
