About the Course

This course allows you to become a data scientist for a day, where you will get your hands dirty on raw HR data, to wrangle, test and train models for HR decision making. You will be exposed to leading industry tools to perform advanced level HR Analytics.

Trainer Profile:

Wileen Siow, Lecturer

Wileen has experience spanning the public and private sector across various HR functions. Her experience lies mainly in conducting data analysis and visualisation with big employee data using Excel and Tableau. She holds a degree in Human Resource Consulting from Nanyang Technological University.
