About the Course

With rising cost pressures and increasingly competitive environment, enterprising companies will need to develop a focused strategy to build sound and sustainable business models.
This course aims to equip learners with strategies and building blocks to generate business growth and sustainability through business model innovation.
This course is part of 2-part series to help enterprising companies and entrepreneurs build a viable business model through Lean Methodology, Agile Principles, and Team Collaboration.

Trainer Profile:
Benson Ong, Specialist (I&E) & Senior Lecturer
Benson Ong currently teaches Entrepreneurship and International Business modules at the School of Business Management. Besides teaching full-time students, Benson is also actively involved in adult learning programmes. Beside academic teaching, he had performed the role of Lead facilitator to many workshops (local and international), and had performed the role of business consultant to many SMEs in areas such as building viable business model and marketing.
Before joining Nanyang Polytechnic as a full-time academic staff, Benson had embarked on many entrepreneurial pursuits including insurance, training, food & beverage, telecommunications, IT solution and digital contents for over 32 years.
Benson graduated with a Bachelor of Business (2nd Upper Honours) from the Nanyang Technological University.
