SKILLS INTELLIGENCE (SYNCHRONOUS E-LEARNING)

SKILLS INTELLIGENCE (SYNCHRONOUS E-LEARNING)

About the Course

Skills are fast becoming the currency of the future as we move increasingly towards a skills-based economy. While many are aware of the needs for upskilling and closing the skills gap, very few business leaders understand the frameworks and tools they can leverage to effectively manage and use skills data to future-proof their business, boost productivity and performance.

This program is designed to provide you with an overview of Skills Intelligence. Participants will be able to derive the outcome of an expert-driven process of identifying, analysing, synthesising and presenting quantitative and/or qualitative skills and labour market information. Skills Intelligence reports can then be deployed to develop training need analysis and for talent development.
