Marketing research aims at collecting important information from the customers. In the case of tourism, the tourists are the customers. Just like any line of business, the tourism industry needs to strengthen its relationship with its customers by improving the quality of its services.

Eileen has spent 6 years of her career in the hospitality sector, mainly in the Shangri-La Hotel group, spanning across various properties such as Hotel Jen Tanglin and Hotel Jen Orchardgateway. Passionate about sharing her knowledge, Eileen has then switched to education in NYP. Eileen graduated from NTU with a double degree in Business Hospitality and Accounting, making her acute to the customer experience side of things as well as the detailed aspects of technicalities.
