This course aims to introduce participants to the legal issues they might encounter in the travel services sector. Participants will learn about the formation of contracts and legal matters relating to contractual terms and performance, as well as the different avenues available for the resolution of disputes.

Jason Dendroff, Adjunct Lecturer
Jason was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1995. He has a Bachelors Degree in Law (Honours) from the University of London and is a Barrister At Law of the Middle Temple UK . He is a litigation lawyer of 26 years and his area of practice involves both civil and criminal litigation . He handles criminal cases involving both minor and serious punishment under the Penal Code and other statutory acts, Contract law matters/claims, conveyancing law , company incorporation ,Family law matters and Muslim divorce cases . He also does matters under the Administration of Estate and assist clients in the drafting of wills and estate planning including LPA .
He is a member of the Pro Bono office of the Law Society of Singapore and a member of the Legal Assistance Scheme for Capital Offences Supreme Court of Singapore (LASCO) . He is currently a Part- time adjunct tutor with Nanyang Polytechnic -School of Business Management where he tutors the Contract Law module . He also is a volunteer lawyer with the Catholic Lawyers Guild legal clinic and legal clinic at the Community Justice Centre at the State Court of Singapore.
