This course aims to introduce the concepts and business applications of HR analytics, systems and reporting. Participants will learn about the nature of HR Analytics, its uses and its limitations. Drawing on selected examples from the HR cycle, participants will apply analytics process models and tools to track, analyse and interpret HR data to improve decision making.

Fion Ngiam, Senior Lecturer
Fion brings with her more than 10 years of experience in HR and Organisation Development in both private and public sectors. She has worked in various industries including Healthcare, Manufacturing and Accounting/Audit services. Her experience includes managing a full spectrum of HR functions, facilitation of leadership programmes and performance consulting for organisations, providing interventions for performance improvement and organisation excellence. Fion graduated with a Bachelor of Business in Business Administration from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and she holds a Diploma in Human Resource Development from the Singapore Institute of Management.
Now a lecturer at NYP's School of Business Management, Fion teaches Management Studies and HR Management including Performance Management, Employee Relations and HR Analytics.
