Praba Nair, Principal Consultant
Praba is a Principal Consultant of KDiAsia, a professional services company specialising in change practices that help organisations improve its business capabilities and performance. He has more than 30 years of varied professional experience in Human Resource, Organisational Development and Knowledge Management in both private and public sector organisations. He has held management positions in Human Resource and Knowledge Management in Singapore and the region for more than 10 years. As a consultant and corporate trainer, he has led many engagements for organisations in diverse industries both in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region.
Praba was the Advisor for the review of Human Resource policies and practices for the Civil Service Bureau in Bahrain. He has also designed, developed and facilitated e-learning courses covering more than fifteen countries. He was the chief architect in the development of the KM framework for the Asian Productivity Organisation (APO). This framework is currently used in their 20 member countries. He has been a keynote speaker in many conferences in the Asia Pacific region and Middle East. His articles and views have been published in various regional and international publications. He is a co-author of the Times publication, ‘e-Government in Asia: Enabling Service Innovation in the 21st century’, 2003. He has co-authored several APO publications. He is a Course Leader in SUSS and Associate Lecturer in SIM GE for both graduate and undergraduate programmes. He teaches the Specialist Diploma program on OD and Change Management at NYP. He is a HRM and KM Expert for the Asian Productivity Organisation in Japan.
