Your Admission Number and PIN are printed on the Offer Letter in your Enrolment Package.
You will be prompted to change your PIN after you have login the first time. Please use your new PIN when you login again and for accessing student portal after you have successfully enrolled.
Before login, we advise you to have the following information ready for smooth data entry :
- Parents' names, identity numbers, occupations
- Household monthly income
- Bank account number, holder's name and bank name (for GIRO deduction of fees from Semester 2 onwards)
- Medical condition, if any.
- Emergency contact details (For foreigners - One local and one hometown contact).
For those who received the Enrolment Package without the Student Bill enclosed, please submit all required forms/documents (without the Bill) in the Reply Envelope before your enrolment deadline. When the Student Bill is sent to you later, there will be another Reply Envelope provided.
For data security, the system will automatically logout if there is no keyboard or mouse entry continuously for 15 minutes.
